The National Digital Economy and Society Commission (NDEC), as the central coordinating unit of Thailand under the cooperation framework of the Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization (APSCO), has proposed:

 Assistant Professor Dr. Voravee Sangavut, a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Khon Kaen University  as a representative of Thailand to attend the Kick-off Meeting of the Second Batch of DSSP Application Projects under the joint research team for the project “Drought Assessment and Forecasting for Smallholder Farmers’ Adaptation to Climate Change in Northern and Northeastern Thailand.”
